Welcome to Mother Nature!
I am excited that you are here! Let me introduce myself to you. I am a wife, mother of three, educator, child advocate, author, freelance writer and blogger. I take supplements of spirulina, relora and omega 3. I plan to start back on taking HGH, which I took for the first three months of this year. When one takes HGH, you can only take the supplement for three months and then you have two month wait period. I will begin taking HGH in June. Five days a week, I jump on the trampoline (rebounding)for twenty-six minutes and do three sets of repetitions with light weights. Currently, I am up to eight pounds. I plan to increase to ten pounds and rebound for thirty minutes. Recently, I became interested in the program, “Eat Yourself Thin,” and just ordered the cookbook. My husband is the cook in the family and I ask him to prepare some of these meals. I plan to comment on trying these recipes. This blog will only be updated once a week. I plan to share more information about rebounding, lifting weights, taking relora and taking HGH.
